Most recently serving as the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Elms College, a liberal arts institution in Chicopee, Massachusetts, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to driving organizational success through innovative financial strategies and cross-functional collaboration. In her role at Elms College, Katie provided strategic leadership and oversaw key functional areas such as Finance, Human Resources, Facilities, Information Technology, and Public Safety.

Prior to her role at Elms College, Katie was an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and subsequently held various positions at Abilene Christian University in Abilene, TX, including Associate Vice President of Finance, Controller, Tax Director, and Senior Accountant.
