211 Child Development mobilizes families to support their children’s healthy growth and development. We are the access point for many of Connecticut’s programs and services for children and their families, like Birth to Three, Help Me Grow and Sparkler. Our Care Coordinators connect parents with the best resources, support, information and innovative services to help them understand their child’s individual developmental needs, challenging behaviors, disabilities and health-related issues, starting from pregnancy.
