2-1-1 Child Care Average Fees' Report

2-1-1 Child Care recently updated its biannual report of the average fees for child care centers and family child care providers in Connecticut. The rate information provided is a resource to compare costs of child care programs according to age group, type of program, and location. Many child care providers find this information helpful when setting weekly fees.

January is National Mentoring Month

National Mentoring Month highlights mentoring and the positive impact it can have on young lives. This month-long outreach campaign focuses national attention on the need for mentors, as well as how individuals, businesses, government agencies, schools, and other organizations can work together to increase the number of mentors for young people. 2-1-1 has a listing of mentoring programs throughout Connecticut.
