 In 1959, Madison Sayles and a forward-looking group of
volunteers founded the organization that we today call
United Way of Norwalk & Wilton.
43 years later - to encourage individual leadership gifts
of $10,000 or more to that United Way - the Family
Foundation of Mr. Sayles and his wife have offered us a
challenge: for each new Leadership gift of $10,000 or more
that we raise, they will match it.
